What Food Is Delicious in Small Amounts, But Gross in Big Amounts?
They say the best way to indulge in a HEALTHY way is to eat foods that make you want more . . . but don't actually eat more. That said, some foods come back to BITE YOU if you eat too much.
There's a list online of foods that are delicious in small amounts, but GROSS in big amounts. And some of them are VERY debatable.
1. Cheesecake . . . But one dissenter says, "I have never in my life regretted eating too much cheesecake."
2. Cereal . . . Someone said, "The first bowl of cereal makes you want a second bowl. The second bowl makes you realize you didn't want a second bowl, you just wanted that first bowl again."
3. Frosting.
4. Sesame Oil.
5. Wasabi.
6. Cadbury Creme Eggs . . . Someone recommends, "one per year."
7. Candy corn . . . Someone recommends, "three or four corns per year."
8. Cotton candy.
9. Marshmallows.
10. Honey.
11. Truffle.
12. Pancakes.
13. Butter . . . Someone says, "A little on toast? Heaven. But if you slather too much on anything, it goes from delicious to 'why did I do this' real fast."
14. Mayonnaise.
15. Vienna sausages.
16. Lox.
17. Oysters.
18. Eggnog.
19. Arby's beef and cheddar.
20. Cheese. (This one requires receipts. Rich cheeses, blue cheese, Velveeta "cheese," and cheese snacks . . . sure. But cheese in general?)
