Parkview Mobile Home Park Resident Meeting
The City of Minot will hold a meeting for residents of Parkview Mobile Home Park to inform them of the potential of relocation assistance as outlined by the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA).
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. in the North Auditorium at the Roosevelt Park Zoo building.
The City is asking current residents to attend as well as those who previously resided in the park but moved after 1/09/2024.
Residents are encouraged to bring the following information to the meeting:
a. Lease
b. Photo ID
c. Any utility bills
d. Section 8 vouchers (if applicable)
e. Pay stubs
f. Taxes or W-2
g. Mortgage, title (if owner of structure)
Residents who are unable to attend the meeting are encouraged to contact the Minot Disaster Recovery Office at 701-837-5813 to arrange a time to discuss potential benefits.
